I just didn't have as much as I might have. And, I would say most of my bad choices come from the little extras that I have in between meals. So, I'm trying to cut those more than anything.

You can stick your nose in wherever you want. I can get behind healthy food choices but if you are depriving yourself or eating something different than your family you could possibly send the messsage to your girls that women have to restrict food choices or food intake. Everything is okay in moderation. Besides, I think you have always looked fantastic! I hope I don't offend anyone, but as someone who struggles with food issues I tend to stick my nose where it doesn't belong in the name of preventing other people from developing the same problems.Jesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13368519696382078584noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6671145697491510338.post-81647835363184744682010-04-22T19:55:15.180-07:002010-04-22T19:55:15.180-07:00I am so proud of you!! We bought it 1 year before Blair was born and we still use it 2-3 times a week. The recipies are done by proportion, use realy food with real spices and real sauces. My girls LOVE everything I cook out of there. I have taken things to church events and Bunco games and no one has any idea that it came from a healthy cookbook. It's b/c it uses real food. It really taught us how to eat and introduced us to a few new things that we now love.Ashleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14976910135406954824noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6671145697491510338.post-19812000748859815892010-04-21T12:46:42.052-07:002010-04-21T12:46:42.052-07:00I have been having the green smoothie...I'm a ...I have been having the green smoothie...I'm a big fan.
